You're correct

Original forged turbo wheels with OEM tires and sensors, caps , etc:

96.4 kg

GT3 RS wheels with same OEM tires, sensors , caps, etc:

101.6 kg (these came of my car)

My new 20" AMT Forged wheels in 8.5 and 12 with 245/35 and 325/25 Michelin, inculding caps, sensors, etc:

89.2 kg

I lost 12.4 kg of unsprung weight en gained comfort and stability. The car drives much better.

And here I may be the only one that may want to stay smaller... While it doesn't look as cool, I prefer some sidewall for our pothole ridden roads and for snow tires!

I think you should check your definition of dubs before you speak, dubs are 22", donks are 24" and bigger.

It's a colloquialism. So an individuals understanding of the term may vary. To many.. "dub" is a quantity of 20. Also, being that it is a colloquialism, its not well defined. There are terms such as "dub deuce" for larger wheels such as the 22" you mentioned.

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Dub

Either way, the joke stands..

please don't tell me you roll on 18's and mocking 20's. Like justifying having a very small pair of hands. Oh yes with small man hands you can fit into kids gloves, maybe ladies gloves so some great options and also takes up less space in your pockets plus smaller gloves are less expensive.... Thats so neat but at the end of the day you wish you had bigger hands

Keep convincing yourself smaller is better..... save some $ weekly and sure you can put enough aside after a few years to pick up some quality wheels that look good

Some people prefer a little more meat on their bones - an application specific choice, I suppose.
