no PDK flappy paddles on the steering wheel? I guess we won't be 100% until the officially announce it, but this is pretty good evidence for now.

Yep.. I wouldn't jump to conclusions. Interesting that the photographer couldn't get pics of the pedals. Also, if there were lots of upgrades they were testing and know they don't want to let the cat out of the bag, I'd tell the driver to put it in PDK-S and just place a simple wheel on there. It's a test car...
