My passenger window became inoperable and passengers door switch was clearly shot

I was able to get it closed with the driver door panel switch

I've replaced the window switches and it blows the #4 30a fuse every time I try to lower window.

Local indie said motor is likely shot

I received a used motor and Assy from
La dismantler

I prefer to keep my existing mechanism in place and only swap out the motor

Does anyone have tricks for this?

 

Anyone know how to remove this connector? I don't want to force this 21 yr old piece of plastic
