Default FS 1978 5 speed $3000 Working odometer! 68K miles

Not my car. Just a heads up.

Only massive negatives are that the emissions have been removed, so it would take work to make it California compliment.

As rough as the paint looks and we know how bad that interior must be to have no photos, still a deal.

I realize you are new here, but there is a sticky thread at the top of this forum for 928's For Sale.

if at $3K that's a deal, then I have some real estate I'd like you to look at in SW NM.

OK, tell me about your real estate. How many acres, what's it's zoning. Are there any improvements or utilities. What's your asking price.

I must need my head examined...cause my mind is saying "buy this car"...lol.

Weird part is...just last evening, while putting the cars away and I'm standing there admiring them...my wife said..."you're thinking about getting another one aren't you".

May be getting the same illness as Alex...lol.

I do like, what looks to be, red garden hose on the "freshly" rebuilt engine. If this is any indication about the quality of the rebuild...looks like it would be coming a part again.

Brian.

Brian, some of these cars are meant to die. This looks to be one of them. If it was free, then it would be fun to see if you could cheaply get it running. There is more Mickey Mouse shown in those few pictures than all of Disneyland, and I can imagine what a mess it all is.

You'll never ship THAT to China!

(Then I remember that foreign nationals, Chinese included, have been buying tons of real estate in the US...never mind!)

Careful! No cure for that disease...this car definitely worth more in parts, unfortunately. But I see a lot of great pieces on it. If it were factory yellow I would consider saving it, but looks to be black originally. I'm wondering if by some miracle the rare pieces are still with the car, air compressor, etc...

Offer him $1,000 and store it for 10 years. What a punt.
