Sounds like you might be missing the radiator air duct part #951.575.133.01. It's #34 in the PET front bumper diagram. The foam strip mounts to the top of this duct to seal it against the radiator.

Is coolant overflowing out of the expansion tank? Are you looking and fluid or any milkshake under the oil cap? I had similar issues with my first 951. It ended up being a leaking headgasket. I hope this isn't the case with yours. What temp range is the radiator temp sensor?
The coolant looks normal. No oil. No overflow out of the resevoir tank. As for the gauge - am not sure what range is on it since it isn't marked but I'm pretty sure it's the "standard" one.
And yes the batwing was removed

the AC core looks obstructed in your video. have you inspected the impeller to see if it is tight on the shaft?
if it where my car, I would pull the radiator and clean up the condenser core and check the engine side of the pump. if the impeller casting is rough, you might dress the trailing edge of the vanes.

Can you explain what you mean by the AC core looking obstructed?
As for the pump there was no binding when it was installed. It also turns freely
One thing I'd like to know is if there is a practical guide to removing the air conditioner radiator? I can't seem to find a guide on porch garage for this specific piece. Does anyone have a practical guide to removing this piece?
