Default Rennline Grills on an Aero car who has them? (black or silver?)

I am about to possibly order the rennline grills for my 997c2s aero car... My car is black so may just go with the black grills as want them to look semi factory like and fear the silver may stand out. That said was thinking the silver could play against my wheels if it was dark enough (or can spray it darker to match wheels etc) but leaning towards black.

Anyone have them and can comment? Removal of bumper is required... so assuming budgeting for 2hrs labor for install?

Thanks all...

Zunsport another maker I guess does not make them for aero bumper... open to other suggestions.

I would go with black Rennline. Nice subtle look. I think the fitment of Zunsport is not as good since they are fastened on the outside.

Btw, what is the color of those wheels? They look awesome! Have been thinking of powder coating mine in something similar.

I have them in black. You'll need to remove the bumper for proper install. Budget 4-5hr for setup+R&R+install+cleanup if you want to be careful. They are the biz though.

Go with Black with a black car.

I did the silver on my silver car. I think they look great.

I say go black. I'm currently in the middle of having that done on my car as well at a shop. It's Atlas gray and I like the black accents it brings out. There's a youtube video for install on it and apparently its 30 minutes of work with the right tools. Some here have done it themselves and I'm sure someone will chime in.

I have an atlas gray non aero and went wth silver because I added silver accents to the car for contrast (including silver Champion wheels not pictured here) and am happy with the look. Black would look great on your all black car.
