MrNurse, yes, I was the lone white (CWM) GT4, and you parked right next to me when JohanS430 left. Great seeing you!

Thanks for the video links. The main group of GT4's is at the 16:45 mark of Part 1. I was just ahead of the McLaren P1 so I got no screen time at all. LOL

Great to meet you guys at the event! I think if I would have seen Johan's (I think I got the name right!) Carmine Red earlier I might have changed my order! Looked just like my old Imola Red M3...

Just got this note from my dealer in Oklahoma (do i win the tri-state award for farthest distance to build a car at MSRP?)

Good Afternoon Jim,

Your White GT 4 went into production on April the 19th. They are running about 10 days ahead of schedule. We are less than 2 months in having the car in the States. Any questions please contact me. I will let you know when it finishes production. Take care.

Welcome Darkalley36,

Are you planning to drive the car back from OK when it arrives? You can always try to arrange for a courtesy delivery with a local dealer. Makes no sense to transport the car from Rhode Island or Florida where the ports are all the way to OK.

I was planning on having a clear bra installed in OK, driving to Memphis, then to Nashville and then home! its about 1,200 miles so when i get home i hit my break-in mark! I realize I will most likely need to visit my chiropractor the day I get home! I thought about the courtesy delivery but then thought it would be a blast to drive it back!

I just wrapped up a 2600 mile drive from NYC to ATL and back in the lightweight buckets with no issues. You'll be fine!

Is this just submitting the form to PCA? Or is there an easier online way to do it.

Pete awesome shots of my car. I guess I am used to the yellow so it does not really stand out to me but your pictures really show how much it stands out against the other colors. Especially against those dirty Agate Grey ones

Haha! The person filming that video didn't know what to do! He wanted to film you driving away and the P1 as well. You can see how confused he was haha.

When they ask for a a copy of my membership card, I just go on the PCA website and take a screenshot of my card there. Then I email it to them.

Jim, glad we got to chat, and thanks for the shout. Your car will look awesome just the way you have it spec'ed. Look forward to seeing it soon!

No problem! It's way better than the vomit yellow NY plate.
