Default Gelbgrun vs. Lizard Green (pics!)

Well if they're not actually the same color, they are pretty darn close! I snapped some shots today of a Lizard Green sample on top of my Gelbgrun .2 GT3. Can anyone make out any clear differences?

Lizard always looked like Gelbgrun to me. Perhaps a bit more pastel and less vivid, under different circumstances, but pretty much the same tone.

Thanks for the pics; my goal has always been to get a Gelbgrun RS but never won the PTS lottery. Very excited now for my Lizard RS.

Pretty much, to the point where I wonder why they made another color code... for a new marketing name, perhaps?

It's the equivalent of Miami consolation prize for Mexico blue. Lol

How so? In this case the two are virtually identical (unlike Mexico and Miami). At most Lixard Green is a hair less saturated, and that’s barely noticeable with the colors on top of each other. In isolation they would be indistinguishable.

Wow. I had no idea they were so close. I love my gelbgrun gt3. Saw a lizard RS and thought there was a difference. But apparently not.

Woe is the poor soul who pays $13k for a gelbgrun RS!

They look very similar in these pictures. When two colors are this close, it helps to see two cars parked next to each other to make out the differences. The color swatch doesn't provide enough surface area to make them out IMO...

Hey I recognize that street! LOL

Maybe they actually painted your car lizard instead of gelbgrun! LOL

Your car looks great, man!

This makes no sense - Mexico and Miami are two very different colors. There look identical.
