Not sure if it's your year or not, but as I understand it the early rubber boot on the tensioner is NLA. Greg Brown makes an adapter to use the later boot, but no personal experiance so double check.

Is you air cond charged? If not consider removing the fuel cooler & doing the job in a vice. The big nuts on the cooler lines come loose fairly easily. Rembember to replace the "o" rings with new.
