Replaced coolant reservoir and removed the mess under the hood, ran all new lines, relocated washer pump to fender well....washers!!!!!! Now I can actually go on a road trip and not have to hope...

Probably already done this but check the freeze switch...I had one burn out that was less than 5 years old. With car cold, hook up multimeter and make sure there is continuity at the wire...

looks like the washer tank sensor is 4 wires...so I def....

I think I had the belt way too tight. I loosened...

I think I had the belt way too tight. I loosened up the tension a good 1/2" so the tensioner looks like this now.
