I've used hf 3/8" tq-wrench on all my cars for 5 years now - no issues - fine for occasional use. I did get the tektron 250lb/ft one from amazon for wheel nuts and bigger jobs ....

I would definitely get alignment checked - my tires wear at rear in 8-10k - but inside edge is not bad compared to rest of tire ....

any shop with hunter alignment rig should be able to do - but...
