Looks like HellBlau to me.

That sure looks like the right cable, it's in the right location and has the right type of connector.

Can't help you with the voltages, I've never had to service my A/C. ...yet...

18-21" sticks in my mind as the range; the higher side being accomplished soft-cammed torque tuned v-8s (like 440 cu in motor home engines), so anything in that range should be fine.

If what ever rotted those part didn't get inside the engine, it might be a good deal for a track car or to upgrade some project car to "S" specs.
