Yes, this is a cover that leaves the filter entirely open. I would rather have the Motorsound cover as this one would accelerate dirt accumulation.

The PS2's are only available in 235/40 and 295/30 sizes. Although you could use them, they are a tad too big for the stock wheels. Also, I wouldn't have Costco mount my tires on any car I own.

Not ideal and I wouldn't do it. But, others have done it and I don't see why you can't. Another option is to buy another pair of S-02 rears now and change all four the next time you need new rears....

Don't bother. The US GT2 seats are the same as the 996 sport seats which offer less support than your measely 993 seats. But, if you want them for looks, then they're fine.

You don't need any for the front. The rear requires a 17 mm spacer as the factory installed them on the 996 C4S and 996 Turbo. Doesn't the previous owner have those?
