Call Steve.

He set me up years ago with F&R GTP's and they are superb. I tried all the 993TT stuff, all the Pagid pads, prematurely cracked rotors, frozens, etc. PITA.

Go with straight GTP...

Oh, that's good to know! Thanks for posting.

I just installed a set of 888's and scuffed them up around town. Didn't quite have the turn in precision I'd expect. I'll now be more careful on...

What rudy said.

Mine has the cut torsion and G50/50 (shortened gearing) and I'm loving life. 5 is better than 4, and coil overs (like your 964) also don't suck.

Is this your 78' already, or...

You'll be fine. Just lightly sand the thing before hand.

You want a paint that'll allow a bit of flex. I forget the exact paint, but I'm thinking of doing my SPG XL's as well. Post pics as...

Jay - Thanks so much! I'm sorry they didn't work for you, but it might save me the trouble.

Cool. Thanks Gary!

Yup, same CCW's, but I think my rear's are 12"

Came across some slightly used 335's, so it's hard to pass them up. If they don't fit I'll stick with the 315's.

Cheers...

Thanks Mike.

Jack, I run no spacers, not even stock 930 ones. Guess I'll have a used set of 335's mounted and see if they clear.

Is it the ratio of rubber front to rear you're concerned with...

Mike and Jack, thanks.

I use 12" rear wheels, 9-1/2's in front. Mike, the 335's fit your 73, right? Are the RS and 930 flares about equal?

Jack, on track I run 275's up front. I found...

Anyone run 335/30/18's on a 930 (or similar wide body)?

I run 315/30/18 Hoosiers in the rear of my 87 930 for track days.

Just wondering if anyone has fit 335's successfully, in 18" wheels

Thanks!

And an interesting idea to bleach them, but I think the color is infused. I think I'll yank one and see how they're put together.

Were the stick-on's to simulate clear? I saw a couple of the stick on's for darker reds, but painting seems the better option.

Might have to learn something about molding...

Clear Rear Tail Light Lenses? Do they exist?

I've seen numerous posts on darkening our fading rear 964 lenses. Plus plenty of posts on front turn signal lenses (already have those).

Does anyone make clear rear lenses for the 964? I...

What's the ignition timing curve for a 930?

I know, it depends. I'm...
