It looks like I'll be maintaining an 05 Cayenne base with roughly 180k miles on it.

Aside from oil, PS, and brake fluid which I assume are going to be fairly straightforward as with any other car?...

Both headlamp washers are leaking. I could try and plug up the hoses but there's a lot of pressure from the pump that would likely blow out any plug.
So moving backwards to the washer fluid...

The roughness is gone and it's running great. The problem will surface when it comes time to pass state emissions. The CEL is an automatic fail and requesting a tailpipe test is not an option.

That's exactly what I did, the only difference is...

That's exactly what I did, the only difference is I inserted 5 slices into the upper portion of the bearing carrier instead of 4 and 5 went on fairly easily. Great fix! saved tons.
