The aftermarket 18's were prone to failure...

The aftermarket 18's were prone to failure although the factory wheels were also cast but better quality.

They are still available new from Porsche in 17" size.

I guess you were already accustomed to the 18's so I don't think there should be as much difference between the 18's and 19's as there is between 17's & 18's. The S02's are a very hard riding tire...

I had heard they went belly up. Too bad. I have a set of Profile V's I use for track and I guess I am in the same boat if something happens. Wheel companies seem to be dropping like flies lately.

As 9x8 said it is a 93. The turbo in my avatar is the 94. Ironically my 93 964 and 93 GTS are both Amazon green. I guess I like the color.

The 928's do feel heavy compared to their little brother...

I know it is not a 928 and they are cup1's but you can see the differences on my 964. Both look good although i think the black works a little better.
