5866 with .68 AR where to small on my 3.0L 16V (stopped at 410whp). I would use a 5866 with 0.82 AR, both T4 housing. I think the 62 compressor housing is to big unless you want massive HP :)

I used Link G4 and the sensor supplied by Chris White. 7000RPM, and 410whp and not one single problem with this setup. Just make sure you don't have the -2 teeth to close to TDC.

No. That's part of the reason why we did not push any further. My tuner said that often when the head flowed very good like the 16v head does. A small housing will make a big impact because so much...

Stock S2 cams timed within Porsche spec. Just sold the car, so I'll leave it to the next owner to change to a larger exhaust house. Lost my garage so traded it for a Exige Cup 190, with some mods :)

The turbo is a Precision 5866. Not sure why there is a dip, it might be because of a slight overboost. It has been this way with three different tuners and three different turbos.

Duke are you holding one for me? I think 1.6mm is a bit to tall. My compression is already just over 8.0:1. If there is no way to get a lower one I'll have one regardless!

Help me diagnose this strange noise (Video)

Does anyone have an idea what this noise can be? Just fired her up after changing turbo and some other minor changes. EDIT: Smoke is from new heat wrap.

265 in front is no problem. Plenty of space. Pretty sure it should be possible to get 285 on my car, with wheels that extends further innards. (I use steering limiters, but that is not needed for 265)
