I paid about $700 at Vaughn Fine Touch for a 996 bumper with minor damage complements of a non attentive driver. I removed/replaced the bumper to reduce the labor cost.

I think the actual tread pattern is different...

I think the actual tread pattern is different also, when I replaced a set of rears last year if it wasn't for the PS2 molded into the sidewall I would sworn they were a different tire.
