I believe the little fan on the back of the CCU works. I think I hear it running after I shut down the motor. I guess it may run for ~ 10 minutes after the ignition key is removed.

Take your C2 Cab to someone who has a Bosch Hammer to reset the fault codes. Sounds to me like the car's battery was "supercharged" in place (not removed) & this action "upset" the car's computer....
