Default Urban X - Calgary tire shop

Once again, great work by the guys over at Urban X. They've opened a south store - Glenmore and Barlow - ish. We talked about drop shipping but they gave me as good a price as I could get plus... Service appointment was done on time, with no drama and with customer care.

Thanks guys and so I'm on the road for 2013!

Hey guys, do they sell rims and have the tools and knowledge to do proper "Porsche" wheel alignments?
Thanks,
André

They only do tires, Hunter roadforce balancing. No alignment or corner balancing etc. For that, go to Riegel Tuning/Tunerworks.

Riegal, not really impressed, just didnt get a great feeling there, kinda like they could care less if I was there or not. Wasnt disappointed with the work but just didnt like the vibe.
I hear good things though, must have been an off day....or its me

Not you - I gave them a shot last year and was charged a ton of dough (I'd have to look up the exact amount) to have an air filter installed.....no response to my feedback and so I'm back to Southcenter. They're working REAL hard to maintain clientele.

Riegel has gone downhill...and it has steadily been going downhill since Hima's passing. Now, Casey is no longer there at Riegel and that is a BIG blow to that team. Plus the word is they have changed ownership too.

I still get the odd email from them and they seem to be aligned with tunerworks more and more but I'm pretty happy with Southcenter these days so it's going to take quite a lot to get me to switch.

I have not heard much good about Riegel lately, I would like to find a good shop in Calgary for some of the stuff I have a hard time doing...oh well.

Try Marc at Alpine. Nice guy with lots of experience with air cooled 911's.
