Default Tremblant this weekend (any of my RSR friends coming?)

I'll be at Tremblant this Friday-Sunday with Northeast Region.
Wondering if any of our RSR friends will there.
Sorry I can't stay for your Monday Tuesday event. We'll try to leave the track the way we found it.

Default Coco Montoya

Friday night, at the Blues Festival, my favourite guitarist performs.
Coco Montoya, an LA musician, trained by John Mayall, like Clapton, Peter Greene, and Mick Taylor.
A clear, articulate voice, perfect diction with feeling. His playing, (reverse position) is spectacular.
Maybe we will meet.

Please leave as much rubber as possible on the track.

Hi Joe
Thanks for that tip. We'll look for him.
We love the Festival

Guess we'll cross paths on Sunday. Can't afford to run 5 days in a row! Ask my wife.

5 is a lot. 3 is nice, 2 is ok if not a long tow. Car needs attention after more than a few days, although I can do that work at the track.
I imagine we'll move trailers over to the spectator entrance Sunday after track goes cold.

Default SILENCE IS GOLDEN

IMHO, it is best NOT to discuss Porsche dollars with significant others.
They can never understand the compulsion.
'Face is lost'..... and thereafter the event resides on 'the list', in perpetuity.

I agree with Rick.

5 days is long, even 3 can get slow.
2 days is a pleasure.
1 day of 'open track' ...DIVINE!

Nat and I will be by Sunday afternoon to say hi for sure.

Have a great event, be safe, stay dry - at least the first two!

Cheers

Matt

Damned near to killed me to drive in to the lower paddock Monday am while you folks were zipping around the track.
I felt banished...
See you all in September when I return to my favorite track.

Darn Rick. I didn't know you were there or I would have come by to say hello. The paddock sure was full in the morning. I assume you continued on to Calabogie?

Hi Tom
Got in and out pretty quickly as we had the long drive home, but thank you.
No Calabogie for me until with RSR in October. I needed to get back to work.
See you at Tremblant in September!

Default Mon/Tues

Rick,

Monday was anticipated to be marginal, but it turned out dry and wonderful.
Tues was a spectacular! A typical, summer Tremblant day. Hot, 90º on the tarmac, greasy track, but plenty of grip.
Unfortunately a couple of 'offs', but nothing catastrophic.

We had a blast.

Today I am exhausted, calorie deprived, and probably dehydrated.

Still, I am contemplating the 3 day event in August!

Glad you folks had good weather. Heavy rain through much of Vermont on the way home Monday.
Sorry to hear about the crashes. Unusual for RSR
