All, I just called the track and was told we can get into paddock area at 6pm with trailers.
There is a Chump Car race that weekend so if you get there early you may be able to get access (without a trailer) to watch the race.

Yup, Chump Car is racing Sunday, so should be fun to catch some of that.
Spoke to Aspen (I have to say, the staff and management at CMP are Top Shelf). They will have fuel delivered this Thursday, so 94 available at not-unreasonable price, onsite.

The gates technically don't 'close' AFAIK since some people stay at the track facilities.
I would assume 7 AM would be a safe bet though.

Well THAT was a fun event. I hadn't been to Calabogie since 2009 and never with a Cayman. The only thing I was good at was understeer, despite being patient.
On Tuesday Rowan took me under his wing and taught me how to do it better.
Great weather and great food, and as always the warm hospitality of RSR.
