Default THE colour RED....997 GT3 RS.

When I originally joined Rennsport, my first instructor, had a Grey/Red 997 GT3 RS. Several of the better drivers at LCMT have the same car, and they are all excellent drivers.

Marty, Miles, Berge and others all developed their skill levels with the very same car, same colour, the same red seat belts!
Chris has a red GT3, Marty has a red Ferrari, Dwane has a red 944.
They are all superb RED driver instructors.

Though I now enjoy a reasonable level of competence on track, I want to improve further.

Recently, I attended a DE event at an American track, and I had an excellent instructor show me the line. She had the same 997 GT3 RS, the same colours, the same red seat belts!
(photo below)

Clearly, there must be something special about the colour RED, and I might have discovered some of the magic that they all enjoy.

So, to further my driving skill, and to enhance my seat time, I have decided to make some dramatic changes ….

beginning with colour of my clothing!

I might even get red seat belts!

Joe, is there something you want to get off your chest?

It's OK, we won't judge.

Default Not that there's anything wrong with it!

Off my chest? Yeah, the 60 lb dumbbells!

She(he) took meds for her lumps, I've been benching for 45 years! Ask my shoulders!

Wjen I saw that photo, it made me laugh out loud.
All of us Rennsporters dreaming and drooling about an RS, and then that picture.
It's too f#$#@ing funny.

Apparently, he was an accomplished club racer.

Default Left Hand? It was not a pick!!!!

What do I do?

Though I sometimes try to emulate the master, I find it difficult to drive with my left index finger buried in my nostril.

Some guys have a better relationship with their right hands....I guess!

Oh my, Crabby!
Hmmmm..... just trying to help in perpetuating the "attention".
BTW the obvious answer is,
"Trying To Find Bruce."
Chill bro.

Default Deflection

Crabby? Nah... I was kidding.
I thought it was a funny left turn blurring the lines of the obvious reference. (Gotta be politically correct; ya know?)

I thought of the famous Seinfeld 'Nose Pick' episode.

Scratching the left outside of his nose, an acquaintance, seeing him from the right, assumed his finger was buried.

Gerry exclaims:

"It wasn't a pick.
There was no penetration.

i was just scratching the other side of my nose."
