Moteur d’une 2000 Porsche Boxster S. Un coussinet de bielle (connection rod bearing) a rendu l’âme. Il y avait des miettes de cuivre dans l’huile. 169259 KM quand le moteur a brisé.
Le moteur est totalement démonté. Il va falloir remplacé le bielle (connection rod) et le vilebrequin (crankshaft) doit être réparé (estimé à 400$). Il y a des marques de frottement dans des cylindres. Des photos et d’autres information ici, en anglais :

Pas d’alternateur, CPS (senseur de position de vilebrequin) ou compresseur de climatiseur, les autres pièces sont là.
Je préfère vendre le moteur au complet à quelqu’un qui peut venir le chercher, mais si non je vais vendre les pièces séparément.

Engine from a 2000 Boxster S. The engine spun a connecting rod big end bearing, there was copper bearing material in the oil pan. 169259 KM when the engine failed.
The engine has been totally disassembled. The connecting rod with the failed bearing should be replaced and the crankshaft has to be reconditioned ($400 estimate). There is minor scuffing in some of the cylinders.

No alternator, CPS (crankshaft position sensor) or A/C compressor, all other parts are there.

I would prefer to sell the entire engine to someone local who can pick it up, but I will sell parts separately if the complete engine does not sell.
