Default DE at LCMT June 22-23 and Calabogie July 6-7

Folks check your email for IMPORTANT instructions for this event. Available in English and French. Because of anti Covid measures the usual procedures have been changed including how to access the track, what to bring and the need to pre-print and bring 3 waivers plus a copy of your event confirmation from Clubregistration.net.

Note the correction the Calabogie date is July 6-7 and not the 8th as I posted in error.

Thanks Bob - yup folks, time to read carefully and show up prepared.

I am sure the volunteers at registration will be busy enough as it is with the new procedures - not a good event to be a 'rookie' and slow things down.

Honestly, there are no dumb questions, so might as well get them out of the way now. On Monday AM, they become dumb questions

Cheers

Matt.

folks here's a hint for the Calabogie DE July 6-7 at the moment we have too few participants with 15 signed up and paid with 25 or so registered and unpaid. As things stand we'll lose or shirts since we need about 65 to break even. Unless we get a bunch more paid participants we'll have to cancel or postpone the event. Spread the word please! FWIW - like last year BMW and Audi club members are invited. Please tell your friends and help us save the event!

Note the correction it is July 6-7 at Calabogie. Last year was the 8-9 dammit

Great news on being open to BMW club participants - I have some friends that have been waiting on the sidelines hoping to make that happen.

What is the process - do they register in the closest (approximate) group on CR.net subject to further classification?

Thanks Bob

Matt

Yes register in the group they think is right and we'll sort them based on experience. As things stand I think it possible that the event will be postponed to August but BMW and Audi club people will still be welcome.

UPDATE the July6-7 event has been rescheduled to August 10-11. If you have paid you will receive a full refund in the next few days. BMW and Audi club members are still invited providing they are solo drivers. We hope that by August PCA will allow us to teach novice drivers via lead and follow. Cross your fingers!

Best,.

Goods news! The PCA waivers (both) can now be signed electronically on clubregistration.net. Applicable to the july 20-21 event and all after that!

We are pleased to announce that PCA has approved eWaivers for ClubRegistration.net. This free service can be enabled through the Admin menu by clicking My Account-Edit Club. Once turned on it applies to all current and future events. A Waiver report can be exported through the Report Builder to see which Registrants have eSigned both the CDW and General Event Waivers. The Registrants are required to perform a few steps. 1) Enable eSigning through their Profile. 2) Request the document link via email after registering. This is done through their Dashboard screen 3) Sign waiver.

More information about this service is available by calling our office at 512-273-5016 or by calling Chris Alvarado directly at 512-431-3143.

Thank you,

ClubRegistration.net Team
