Complexe situation, urban sprawl =noise complaints, compounded by having to turn down industries due to lack of real estate (read missed tax opportunity) and then Hydro deciding to build a new line through the property = the threat of expropriation. Better to sell now for 5.3 mil$

I think it's really sad that it's closing, and I feel really badly for the ASE lapping club and its instructors.
You can't imagine how much I learned on track thanks to the volunteer gang at ASE...
