Nice work there. Excuse my ignorance of your race class system but what sort of cars are out there with what sort of power to weight ratio? What is your car?

This is a pca race. Typically there are 3 run groups at this event and my class gt4s is one of the (if not the) fastest race classes in the group (I won the fun races outright).
Because of heavy rain the day before, the regular sprint races were postponed until Sunday morning (usually just a day for enduros), so they combined half of the middle group into the fast and half into the slower group. So, instead of being a fast dog I was mid pack (think it had me somewhere around 20th on the grid).
My class is purely based on displacement. 2.8L is the max. Most all other modifications are free. So, as you can imagine, some of the other classes have much larger motors than mine.
Other classes (the stock looking cars) are in stock classes where modifications are minimal.

Thanks Ed for that. Looks like a whole bag o fun. I imagine if the restrictions are on capacity but lots of latitude with other mods means that the guys with the deepest pockets usually come up with the wins...usually but not always huh?

That is true. I am a bit of an underdog when it comes to mods. My car is self built and self maintained. The silver car that is my avatar and in the video (which I sold this winter for something different I found) was in the shop exactly twice. Once for the cage back in 2001 and twice for dyno numbers. Did extremely well with it. Very hooked up.
By somewhat of a underdog, I mean that I still spend my share of money. Mostly on parts. My budget does nicely eclipse what a fellow running a stock class car would spend even if he has a shop prepare his car between races.
