Default My 911 race crashes (or near misses)

A little video I put together for a local pca movie night.

That is the wife in the last shot throwing the checker.

nice very nice. What did you use to edit the video? And what kind of cam do you have it seems to be very durable?

Amazingly, even though I have some better programs like the full version of Studio 9.3, I used the Windows Movie Maker. Was easier to use and Sudio did not like some of my formats.

The cam that mounts in the car is a little Panasonic color security camera that is about 5 years old. It weighs about 1 lb with the lens. The output goes to a camcorder with a video input. I have used two different camcorders with the same quality output. (the first camcorder was a full size vhs about a cheep as you can get. The second is a mini dv camcorder. Nice unit)

Thanks

I won my class at Mosport in the video. Actually dislocated my shoulder when I hit that curb. The wife had to tell me how to pop it back in while I was driving. take a look at my other post here. It is the first few laps of the race before hitting the curb.

A year after crashing at nelsons (the first clip) I came back and set lap record for scca ite there.

I do ok. Not bad, only about 7 clips to show for 5 years of racing.

That must have been an incredible feeling to win 1st in class. I'm looking forward to more videos. Thanks for posting it!

Heck, that one with the Mustang was just rubbing out the tire mark from the side of the car and a couple of small chips out of the fiberglass.

If you go on rennpository.com I added a couple of races (no hits). One at Beaverun and one at Mosport.

Man there's some nice hits there. No-one seems to mind just driving into you or cutting you up there. Well done to keep your cool. Nice driving.
