Default Chris Harris - How Far We've Come

NBC Sports Network produces a car show called Drive. They've been burying it. They only showed it once on NBCSN after an F1 races. No replays and it's not available online anywhere. They haven't even updated the Drive website in years. They used to post episodes on YouTube Premium but they pulled them all. In Season 5, Episode 3 Chris Harris explores the technological evolution at Porsche with drives in the 930, 959, 918, and 919. I broke it up into each segment and posted it on streamable.

Part 1 - The 930 Turbo in the streets of NYC

Part 2 - The 959 technical discussion and on the road

Part 3 - The 918 Spyder technical discussion and on the road.

Part 4 - The 919 Evo technical discussion and on the track.

Very cool. Took me a while to watch them as they seem to buffer quite a bit and often.

Thanks!!

You're welcome everybody. Thanks for the report. First time I used Streamable. I haven't gotten any buffering but I'm using a fast connection. Streamable has it's limitations but it's low profile and users can download the segments to view later. I'll have to do some checking. I have other Porsche content from this series I'd like to post but if Streamable is suspect I'll find a different platform.

Thanks for posting. Great watch. The refresh rate is a bit distracting though.

Full disclosure... I was watching on my laptop in my patrol car using a Verizon "Hot Spot" on an off duty detail.. 2 Bars on the signal strength.

Might have only been me and my setup.

Thanks for the data point. FYI everybody else if you have a slow connection you can download by right clicking on the video and going through the menu.

Thanks. Streamable is a newish startup. Maybe the others are having problems when their servers get swamped.
