Default Edinburgh dinner recommendations

We've never been there, but my wife and I will be passing through Sept 23 (Sunday). Any dinner recommendations?

Thanks

We had a spectacular time. Thanks for the recommendation anyway. There were quite a few tourists...
We went to the Trossacks and then up to Ft. William by way of Glencoe. Did a lot of hiking. Just perfect.
