Hya,

I've been getting the oil replaced on my 944 turbo at Kwik Fit for years. I always use mobil 1 15w50.

This year Kwik Fit tell me they can't get it...
So I try Universal tires. Same story
I try 3 proper garages, they tell me they should be fine. I get them to check and they never call back...

Has Mobil 1 disappeared from the UK or something?!

In any event, anyone know of somewhere in SE London where they'll do a Mobil 1 oil change?!

I think Mobil have replaced 15W50 with 10W60. Should give better protection when the engine is cold, but obviously a slightly thicker oil when hot. I've switched to using this in my 928 GT.
