After having gone through a series of not-so-qualified "specialists" in Belgium (including a Porsche dealership), I think I will focus my attention to the UK to find someone who can perform proper work on my 993 Turbo. I am still faced with a persistent oil leak that nobody seems to be able to cure, and some "specialists" even managed to make it worse.

I am very satisfied with the work Kent High Performance performs on my Italian stallions and I am looking for a similar shop catering to the Porsche enthusiast. Kent is not too far from Belgium and makes it feasible for me to drop off the car and return with a friend to Belgium in a single day.

Any advice on a shop which performs top notch work on a 993 Turbo?

Nine Excellence near Gatwick Airport (about 1.5 hours from Dover/Folkestone) has a good reputation. If you can go a bit further I can recommend Tognola Engineering in Datchet just a few miles from Heathrow.

GCS Nr Horsham have a good reputation have their own rolling road. Porshe Tonbridge are well supported by many Porsche Clubs. Were you looking for independant or dealerships.

Sorry A N Other is of course Paragon, in susex Five Ashes. Well know and prepare race cars as do Parrs I think they are Godstone area possible east Grinstead, meant to be good at suspension set ups/handling etc.

But in response: I know it's miles away but Revolution Porsche in Brighouse West Yorkshire is highly acclaimed! Check out Boxanet.net forum and see that people travel hundreds of miles from the South to use them. Hope you get the car sorted. T
