In Daytona I'd go to Lou Verdiales 386 304 0380. Expert Porsche mechanic.

Actually they are in Ormond Beach, just north of Daytona, a bit closer to St. Augustine. I had a minor but still unpleasant experience at BGB and will probably not use them again. Lou writes in the technical section for PCA magazine.

A 2004 GT3 and had no issues with that service/interaction. Then I had them service my ‘11 Boxster Spyder. After taking the car home I discovered a problem (very minor cosmetic) and informed them. They said they would take care of it but then I never heard back from them. I’d also sent my business partner to them and also had a minor issue. They did resolve his issue. In general, probably a good shop but inspect your car carefully when you pick it up.
I never contacted them again.

I have had my GT3RS at an indy shop and the dealer and both times i discovered something on the car that i assumed wasnt there before. But alas, I just cant be sure...
Bottom line is inspect your car before giving the keys to anybody.

BGB have been very forth coming and honest in my dealings.
