Can't Access Rennlist via Computer

Can't Access Rennlist via Computer
No problem on my phone, but no matter what route I try to take to get there, it just times out. No other websites seem to be affected as far as I can tell. I can go anywhere on the net that I normally do for work and personal business. Anyone else having issues?

Hmm...was on my phone when I saw this. Just went inside to the house computer. On here now on it. Was on here last night several times on the laptop at work.

My regional internet provider brags about 100Mb speeds but still has to funnel out-of-local-area traffic through a soda straw it seems. There are times when RL (in Los Angeles) takes more than 30 secs for initial response. I call the provider and remind them that I pay for a business-class service, and that seven just hops within their system is unacceptable. Usually there's a pause and they ask how I know that. Doesn't make any difference how I know, three local hops is plenty. Reboot their box and things are better for a few months.
There are also times when IB's servers are just "off the air" for whatever reason. Downtimes tend to be short, minutes not hours for the most part. It's a 'feature' of the beast it seems.

Finally got it sorted out. Had to do a hard shutdown and reboot. Just odd that it was only Rennlist that was affected.
BTW, I apologize for offending by posting in the wrong place. I have never posted outside of the 928 forum (that I know of) , because that's where my "friends" are. I guess that's not proper etiquette.
