Lots of looks no e mails

Car has been posted for a week have over 400 looks not one e mail. Is there a help thread anyone can send me to. I have a 2001 911 posted. user name spresti.
Something I am doing wrong?

You only receive an email when someone posts in your thread, not just reads it.
