PCM2 in a 1999 996 ?
Hello everyone,
My 1999 996 C4 came with a radio, cdr22
I want to replacing it with an multimedia system.
The thing is I want to keep the German rough look.
So Alpine, Pioneers, etc are out, despite the fact that they are excellent.
The PCM 1 is also a no-go.
I have a 2004 Cayenne. It has a 2.0 PCM, with updated software(3.0) and 2013 maps, and does everything I need.
I was thinking of getting one of these from EBAY. I believe that the PCM 2.1 uses fiber optics, so it is not an option.
Does the PCM 2.0 fit the 996 ?
