Anyone else having problems launching the mobile app? I am getting an error that says there is a conflict.

Yup, broken for me too, since yesterday. Was hoping it was transient, but two days straight isn't transient.

Any Admin looking into this?

The mobile app crashes a lot on my iPhone. I just delete and reinstall. Fixes it.

I've had problems with the Android app for 2-3 days. Tried un- installing and reinstalling but no joy.

I'm an android user too. I did the uninstall re-install, no luck. Also looked for some way to update, but again, no dice.

Another iPhone user with app problems. It doesn't accept my login credentials and trying to open any thread results in te "connection problem" message.

I am not able to replicate this issue with android or iOS. Please provide as many specifics as possible. Os version and app version etc too please.

Result is "parse error"
"The remote server sent an unknown response"

According to the error message, this could be due to an outdated plugin on the forum software.

I don't remember the last time I got a notice for an app update, but after the previous post I checked and was way out of date. The odd part is that the app isn't listed in my purchase history. wtf???

Re-downloaded the app and all seems well and a whole new look.

Time to see if the IHI thread works in the app now...

We have replicated the parse error, I am working with the tech team to resolve. Will reply ASAP.
