I tried to update my avatar today,and all I managed to do was lose the one I had and the site won't let me take a new pic from album. The message I keep getting is "invalid file" If somebody could just restore my old one I promise never to mess with it again.

Thanks John, I wound up calling nick at ib he was able to do it for me. There still seems to be a problem however, I keep getting the message "invalid file" I tried to add a pic in my sig to see if that would work but the same thing. I tried it with pics out of my album and pics from photo-bucket but to no avail. I'm gonna try to post a pic in this message to see if that still works. Nope can't post any pics either. It worked about two weeks ago because I had posted pics before the site crashed, and now nothing. It's pretty frustrating.

Make sure that the size of the picture is suitable and that the file extension is valid.(bmp, gif, jpeg etc)

I tried to repost the pic that was originally in my avatar,and got the same "invalid file" message. I also tried to repost some pics that I had previously posted and same thing.
