I've been using the Rennlist iphone app for a while now and love it. A few days ago I started getting error messages saying that the device is having trouble connecting to the forum try again later. I thought it was temporary but I get the same thing every day now! I've restarted the phone already, I can sign in and look at forums but can't actually view any threads. I'm using the phone to write this post so I know it works (On safari, not the app). Anyone know whats going on?

I just started to have the same trouble with my itouch. Was working fine, then keep getting "There is a connection error between my device and Rennlist". Go through safari and works fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey everyone,

The app seems to be working just fine for me.

Are you able to fully quit the app, and restart your iDevices, then re-open the app to see if it works?

To fully quit: double tap home button to bring up the app switcher. Now hold down on the app icon for Rennlist, and when it starts to bounce, hit the - sign to delete it. Now you may restart your device, and re-open the app. This should solve the issue.

If you have further problems, please post back in this thread, and we'll do some further digging.

Did as you suggested on my iphone 3G. Pulls up the menus fine when you go into a forum section the advertising pulls up right away then the dial just keeps spinning but the details within the forums nevers downloads. I actually have had this problem for 3 weeks thought it was originally poor connection speed but never helped with wifi or 3G.

I mis-spoke yesterday. There is in fact some kind of communication problem with the app. Our tech guys are working to figure out what went wrong. I'll update ASAP.

yeah i tried everything... restarting, reinstalling, nothing works. Hopefully its fixed soon... I really got used to using the app.

Mine has been down for weeks as-well. It seems to work through Safri, but it will not work through the actual app.

I have deleted the app, no luck
I have turned off the app, no dice.

I loved the app, but she is not working.
