Site crashing IE 8 for me also.
Not sure what it is related to but I have had 4 crashes since yesterday. "Explorer has encounted a problem and must close" then it closes and most of the time recovers the thread. Just started ?Friday?

Hey Frank,
Have you noticed if perhaps the same advertisement has been visible when you've had an IE crash?
Are you able to try a different browser to see if the crashing continues or stops? Perhaps Chrome, or Firefox?
