Default TURN OFF SPANNING TREE!

IB please check your switches and turn off a possible loop back with spanning tree, please! All I get is timeouts, and my ISP 150M/100M aka Cisco Systems.

Andre best to PM "IB Adrian" what you are asking is past my pay grade

All I can say is that this is the first complaint about a "spanning switch" I have even heard of.

Andre - I moved your thread to the help and test forum so our tech team can view your issue (and potential diagnosis)

Thanks for providing your help, hopefully we can sort the issue out that you are experiencing shortly!
Thanks,
Adrian

Just as an update Andre (and others), I am informed that it is not a spanning tree issue. I am told if it were a spanning tree issue, we would be seeing major packet loss and latency on our internal Network. (which from what I understand we are not) and this would result in all of our sites being almost entirely unreachable. (which we are not seeing)

We are continuing to work to diagnose and work out what the issue is.
I will let you know what we find, again, sorry for the inconvenience.

Adrian,

Gemme a pipe into the center, and would be willing to help if allowed.

What is the QOS settings? Are they doing packet dumps if somebody has there concurrent /request rate for page queries set high?

Andre - I don't know 100% where we are at.
I do know some scripts apparently were identified that could have been causing it and were fixed. Not sure if it is completely resolved however.

Let me know if you are still experiencing it!

Just want to follow up Andre - I believe the issue was resolved on Friday. Apparently there were some scripts that were running that were impeding access sporadically.
