I recently renewed my membership, however, I have not received a packet, a membership card, or any other acknowledgment of that fact. I attempted to use the help email function - it came back four times with an error message. I tried to use the function to check current membership status. It declared that I was not a member. Would appreciate the moderator of this forum to assist in this matter. Thank you.

Since posting, I have figured out my expiration date, 5-2-13, however, I still need packet and membership card. Thanks.
