Default Cookies no longer work?

I think you recently added the facebook login and since then the site never saves my user id and pass... (for autologin) I was always logged in when I came to the site and now I have to login everytime, even checking the keep me logged in box...

I'm not having any problems with other sites, they all still keep my user/pass...

any ideas?

Should note that I'm not using the facebook login at all and never have/will.

Same problem - running Safari 5.0.3 and latest Mac OSX.

What's the problem and why is a fix taking so long? Appreciate you can't test every browser and OS combination, but this has been dragging on for a while....

Whilst I'm sure there is a population of Rennlist users that will happily use their Facebook login, for those who a) choose not too or b) don't use Facebook (there are a lot of us in that camp!) this issue is very frustrating.

Mods: The same problem occurred on 6Speed. They have now fixed it (about 3 days ago). I am certain you guys can do the same for Rennlist. Thanks!!

I fixed safari on my iPad and IE 8 on two PCs. On IE clearing cookies doesn't seem to clear them. Use Tools, internet options>browsing history>view files. click on name and you'll get a list sorted. Select and delete all the Rennlist cookies - there will be lots! Then log in and remember me worked as usual for me.

Best,

Another solution which has come to light, is to manually change your Rennlist password, which will have the same effect.

Still not working for me on Safari on Mac. Firefox works OK, Safari still looses cookies on an almost random basis after cookies deleted.

hey Eric, are you using MobileMe to sync your cookies/bookmarks etc?

I had to remove cookies on all of my machines, my iPad, and my iPhone in order for things to properly reset. For whatever reason, MobileMe would replace all my cookies immediately upon deletion of them.

Could this be what's holding you up as well?

cheers,
robb

I've reset my password and cleared the cookies several times and I'm still logged out constantly.
