This seems the best traction I've been able to get so far.

I recently had to rejoin because I had forgotten my password and my account was linked to my former firms email address. Prior to PB1 I was PBART. Now I am having trouble with adding a signature, etc. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you for your help.

They did put a hold until 7/31 and I've had and still have an active account that goes back 15 years plus
