avitar help
So i'm trying to add an avitar to my posts. How do i resize a picture to fit with in the 19.5kb. Is there a smaller format than jpeg?? I can get it with in the 300x250 pixels, but its still to big. 
any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

if you also have windows XP you can email the pix to your self, windows will ask if you want to make it smaller.. I found this to be a great quick tool for such things
