Sometimes 993 forum shows 'no new threads'

Sometimes 993 forum shows 'no new threads'
Surely this can't be right; occassionally I will go to the 993 page and see 'no new threads posted in last x days'. But, there have been many posts during that time, and if I come back later (undefined term) voila, there are new posts showing.
Status - I am logged in at the time, may have just come over from Racing Forum, and show as May Not Post (although usually I can).
Weird; any thoughts as to what this is all about?
