I see it done all the time. I tried to add a picture (from a little 1megapixel camera of mine) as an attachment to a post reply and I was told my file was too large. There must be a trick since I see much more data rich pictures on Rennlist all the time.
Please walk me through it.

Reduce it to 640 x 480.

Increase compression (if uploading as a jpg) or convert it to gif as they are always smaller.
