paid for the membership through paypal a few weeks ago, used the info as sent to log in but I am still not recognized as a member.attempted to send several emails but no response. were do I go from here.

It just tested it and its working for me. Try using 00000 as your zip as I'm guessing that's where the difficulty is originating from.
