Default 1987 Clutch Groan

I've started hearing a "Groan" that seems to be coming from the front right of my car when I'm stopped and have the clutch peddle depressed. It only lasts for 3-5 seconds and doesn't happen consistently. The clutch was replaced 2 years ago and has approximately 8,000 miles on it. One opinion was that it could be the Clutch Master or Slave Cylinder. My mechanic had never heard of this and when he test drove the car, of course it didn't happen.

Hi, Rick.

Looks like you could do with a bit of a hand here.

What is your car?

This particular forum is for help with Rennlist itself - once I know what model your car is, I'll move your question into the appropriate model forum and you can follow it there.

Thanks John. Obviously I've never done this before. For future reference, I think I should have opened up a new thread once I was already in the Air/Oil cooled - 911 forum, is that correct? Would it easier if I just started over since I failed to mention that I had a 1987 911 Targa in the original post?
