Unable to Post in Market Place

When I attempt to post a message in the WTB section of the Market forum, I receive a message indicating that I have no privileges .
How can I correct this? Thanks.

I am likely in the same boat with a low post count. How many posts are needed to gain access? I already purchased a 2 year membership...
